After literature studies, Olivia Lavergne turned towards photography from 2003. In her images, art direction matches with reality, as it can be seen in her first works exposed in 2010 (Voies off, Rencontres Internationales de la Photographie).
Olivia Lavergne travels to Berlin, New-York, Guyana. The author makes research on architecture, composition, light. She explores in a very personal way a tropical vegetation, a luxuriant jungle. Since 2011-12, Olivia Lavergne works on landscape perception and metamorphosis, being artificial ou natural.
