About the Photographer
Cyrus Cornut, 36, Paris, first studied architecture and biology. He works now as a photograph. He started with a focus on cities, searching evolutions, tracks, empty spaces, human behaviours. In 2006, his work on chinese cities is exposed at Rencontres Internationales de la photographie d’Arles with curation by Raymond Depardon.
In 2010, with France14 group, he shows «Voyage en périphérie», about massive housing landscape in Île de France. From 2011 his research is focused on nature position inside urban as well as rural landscapes.
